1. About the Service

NavPrompts (navprompts.com) is a digital subscription service that provides access to a curated library of AI video generation prompts, including text prompts and reference images ("Content"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Membership is billed monthly (via Razorpay) or as a one-time 30-day access purchase (via Razorpay or Cryptomus crypto payments).
  • Access is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation.
  • Recurring subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your paid period.
  • Prices may change; existing subscribers will be notified before any change affects them.

3. Licence & Acceptable Use

Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the prompts for creating your own content (videos, social media posts, commercial projects). You may NOT:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, or publish the prompts themselves.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Scrape, copy, or bulk-download the library.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All prompts, reference images, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of NavPrompts. Videos you create using the prompts belong to you.

5. Disclaimer

Prompts are provided "as is". While our prompts are tested, we do not guarantee specific results, views, or earnings from content you create. AI video platforms (such as Seedance) are third-party services not controlled by us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the one month preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
