Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product — Instant Access

NavPrompts is a digital subscription. The moment your payment is confirmed, you receive full access to the entire prompt library. Because the product is delivered instantly and can be consumed immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. When We DO Refund

We will issue a full refund in these cases:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same period.
  • Technical failure: Payment succeeded but access was not granted, and we could not fix it within 48 hours of you contacting us.
  • Unauthorised transaction: Verified fraudulent use of your payment method (reported within 7 days).

Refund requests must be sent to support@navprompts.com within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Crypto payments (via Cryptomus) are refunded in the same cryptocurrency to the sending wallet.

3. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked.
  • After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • No partial/pro-rata refunds are given for the unused portion of an active period.
  • One-time (30-day) purchases simply expire and are never auto-renewed.

4. How to Cancel

Email us at support@navprompts.com from your registered email with the subject "Cancel Subscription", or use the contact page. We process cancellation requests within 24 hours.
